What a blessing!
In the first FIRE event God showed us many things
that helped us to see what is really important.

- He showed us that our sights are often set too low, we look at our abilities instead of looking to God and His ability!
- He showed us that he is able to take our sometimes feeble thoughts and actions and bless them richly!
- He showed us that pastors aren’t the only ones who can speak a clear message of God’s great love!
- He showed us that laymen are the real backbone of His ministry!
- He showed us that this community loves and notices the difference that Christian schools make in our young people’s lives!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for continuing to support God’s work in our young people.  The growing and integrating of faith into all of life is essential.  I pray that each FIRE event continues to amaze us at what God can do in our midst!  All praise to God in Jesus!
